Start with the part you can see
If the homepage does not open, try one ordinary reload and compare it with another page you normally use. If other pages are also unavailable, investigate the connection before changing anything in TheFlixer. A failure on one old bookmark does not prove the whole site is down.
If the homepage opens but a search has no results, remove the extra filters. Search the core title, then add the year or format. Search mode matters: an actor belongs under Cast, while a film belongs under Titles. A reversed date range is shown as an error instead of silently producing a misleading empty catalog.
The title opens, but watching does not
Choose the intended viewing country on the title page. Watch now opens JustWatch using the title name. On that destination, compare the year and format before selecting an offer. If an offer is absent, repeating the same click will not create one. If an actual player opens but freezes, its quality, subtitle and network settings are the next things to check.
Recovering My List
A list that appears on a laptop but not a phone is usually stored in a different browser. Do not clear the original browser’s site data while it contains the only copy. Create a backup there and merge it on the device you want to use. Private browsing sessions may not retain the list after closing.
For a repeatable problem, keep the page address, title and year, selected country, device and exact visible error. That is more useful than describing every issue as “TheFlixer down.” See list backup or subtitle help for the next specific step.
