Keep the title as well as the bookmark
People reach TheFlixer through several spellings, including The Flixer, TheFlixer TV and searches containing endings such as .se, .to or .net. Those endings identify addresses. They do not establish that every site displaying the same name has the same catalog, account system or operator.
If an old title bookmark stops working, return to the homepage and search for the movie or show by name. Add its year if the result is ambiguous. This is particularly useful with a short title such as Obsession, where a film and a television series can otherwise be mistaken for each other.
What counts as a working new link?
A date in a comment or a familiar-looking logo is not enough to identify an official replacement address. We do not list unconfirmed domains as working mirrors. Keep your list backup separate from any one bookmark so your viewing plans do not depend on recovering one old page.
When “unblocked” is actually a different problem
A missing domain, an internal page that has moved and a film unavailable in your selected country are three different situations. Test the homepage first. If it opens, search within the catalog. If the catalog opens but the chosen viewing service has no offer, check the country and the exact title rather than repeatedly changing the website address.
